because when they feel good they live their best life!

At Born to Run I help you to transform your dogs’ life through the science of clinical massage and core fitness and conditioning.

Massage

Tight, sore muscles can be relieved through the power of massage. It improves gait and posture, resolves lameness and reduces or eliminates pain.

Massage is both natural and non-invasive, making it the ideal choice for dogs who suffer with orthopaedic or neurological conditions but who cannot tolerate pain medication or anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs).

Clinical massage is renowned for its success in treating dogs with common, debilitating conditions like arthritis.

With regular massage your dog’s muscles will be more mobile, supple, flexible and less prone to injury.

Core Fitness and Conditioning

Core fitness and conditioning works to strengthen your dog’s core muscles. It improves gait, posture, balance, both mental and physical agility, focus, co-ordination, endurance and flexibility.

Having poor core strength leads to a slower pace, reduced focus, inflexibility and lower energy levels.  Meanwhile poor footwork leads to accidents and the increased likelihood of injury.

Working on your dogs core strength not only makes them healthier, but also happier. Allowing them to live life to the full!
