Our cottages are close to a wonderful variety of walks that include gentle lake side footpaths, sandy beaches on the Cumbrian coast and Morecambe Bay, rivers, streams (or becks as we call them!) and literally thousands of footpaths that criss cross the valleys, fells, mountains, woods and forests. Both you and your dog (or dogs) will be able to enjoy a wonderful holiday together, day and night!
We send all dog owners our ‘pets welcome’ info sheet. This contains a couple of our favourite walks from the doorstep and a list of our favourite dog friendly pubs and cafes. It’s quite a long list!!
