Spread over three floors, the house comfortably sleeps 5, and features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an additional top floor with relaxing views.
The first floor includes three bedrooms—one king-sized bed, one twin room, and one single—all with stunning views of the River Torridge. A family bathroom is also located on this floor. The attic on the third floor is great for kids or as a quiet space for adults.
The front features a terrace for your morning coffee, a secure garden off the dining area, and a cosy walled garden at the back which is ideal for dogs. Multiple dogs are welcome, so just let us know!

And Instow beach is another great option, popular with dog owners and featuring several dog-friendly pubs and cafes.
