The Nethergate is a quirky historic building just a minute from the dog friendly beaches of Kinghorn.
We can sleep up to five adults with a double and triple bedroom; shower-room upstairs and a family bathroom downstairs. We have a small enclosed garden (though not escape proof) and private parking for two cars which also has an EV charging point. We are also very handy for the local railway station and Edinburgh is just a few stops away.
Fife has lots to do and plenty of places to explore. Kinghorn itself has all that you need if you don’t want to venture far and 117 miles of the Fife Coastal Path are just on your doorstep.
Well behaved dogs are welcome at no extra cost and we can put you in touch with petsitting should you want to go out on your own.
Me and my two dogs stayed at this wonderful cottage. Was a great weekend had everything we needed and more!
The dogs were well catered for bed, bowl and even biscuits, my Labrador thought they were great!
Some great walks and cottage right by the beach, dogs had a ball, we will be back!
See you soon!!
We recently stayed at this fantastic cottage with our 3 Scottish Terriers. There were complementary gifts for us and dog treats for ‘the boys’. The cottage is well positioned, just minutes from the beach and Fife’s coastal path. The accommodation has everything you need from a hairdryer to dishwasher, dog bowls and beds, perfect for all the family!
I stayed here with a few friends and our dogs. We had a superb time. The beach is pretty much the garden. The facilities were second to none – making for an easy time for cooking in as we had everything we needed.
Great company, nice food and the most important factor – the dogs were so chilled and happy. We had several big dogs and the owners couldn’t have been more welcoming and encouraging towards the dogs – which isn’t always the case, as us dog lovers know. There were even dog treats left.
The area has plenty to do for outside enthusiasts and lots of great smells and walks for the pups!
