This beautifully designed and illustrated journal arrives in a neat little drawstring canvas bag. 

There are 52 downloadable activities – one for each week of the year. [Although if you want to rush ahead, you can do!]

The book is divided into 5 colour-coded sections so that you can choose your weekly activity based on your preference. 

For instance, if the weather is particularly hot and you are limiting your dog’s exercise you may choose to pick an activity from the Let’s Stay Inside or the Enrichment Games section.

Maybe it’s Springtime and you have the urge to go exploring, then you may choose an activity from the Out and About section.

For those cold winter days, you may decide that a spot of cookery is on the cards and indulge your dog with some Tasty Treats handmade by your good self!

Each ‘memory’ page has a QR code that allows you to download the activity for that particular week. 

Simply scan the code using the camera facility on your mobile phone and away you go. [Trust me, even the biggest technophobe is capable of doing this!]

Once you’ve scanned the code, the activity pops up on your screen.

Under ‘This Week’s Wish’ it will give the instructions of your challenge, followed by a ‘Granting the Wish’ section which tells you what you need to do.

On most activities it also has a useful ‘Top Tip,’ ‘Suggestions’ or a ‘Did You Know?’ section. These are really insightful and offer some excellent advice that not all dog owners may be aware of.

The website has definitely been designed with the user in mind. The instructions are clear and so easy to follow. Plus each page has a lazy load function meaning that you are not waiting for ages for the text to appear on the screen.

What Activities Can I Expect?

You are hoping I’m going to spill the beans, aren’t you? Well, I’m not! One of the charms of this memory book for dogs is the element of surprise. [And I hate ruining surprises!]

I can assure you that you will love the activities though. They are all ideas that every household has the resources for. There is no requirement to go out and buy new toys or expensive accessories, the focus is on YOU and YOUR DOG having fun and enjoying each other’s company.

Once you have completed an activity you can make notes in the book. Record things that made you laugh, made you smile, made your dog smile! [Pops definitely smiles each time we hit the beach for example!]

You can even print off photos, or [if you’re not artistically challenged like me], draw little doodles to remind you of your precious moments together.
