Do you offer a free listing?

I’m afraid not! Like all businesses, we need to make a living in order to continue to invest the time needed to make Dotty4Paws the success it has become.

However, if you run a cafe, shop or pub and would like to let passers-by know you’re dog-friendly, please contact us and we’ll gladly send you a Dotty4Paws ‘dogs welcome’ sticker to display in your window free of charge.

How quickly will my listing be published?

In all instances, whether we’re creating your listing for you, or you are submitting your own advert, we aim to publish your listing within 24 hours.

Do you offer a discount for multiple listings?

Yes! We offer a substantial discount for multiple listings – please get in touch to discuss.

How do I pay for my listing?

In most instances we send you an invoice once your listing has been created. Payment details are on the invoice where you can pay by BACs, or we can take credit/ debit card payment over the telephone.

If you create your own listing you can pay by PayPal or via Stripe using credit or debit card. Alternatively if you would prefer to pay by BACs or cheque, we can send you an invoice via email.

I want to amend my listing, how can I do so?

Simply login into your account using the details provided/ set up and you can change the copy or images as you wish, as often as you like. Alternatively get in touch and we’ll make the amendments for you free of charge.
