Situated on the beautiful North Devon coast Watermouth Cove Cottages are a group of eight pretty self catering holiday cottages. Built in the 17th century and once the coaching houses and stables of Watermouth Castle, the cottages were converted to holiday accommodation in the 1970’s.
Watermouth Cove Cottages are situated beside the castle grounds, just 200 yards from the cove, harbour and South West coastal path between Combe Martin and Ilfracombe on the beautiful North Devon coast. Watermouth Cove cottages, set in a wooded valley and surrounded by lovely Devon countryside are an haven for a wide range of wild life including Squirrels, Foxes and many birds such as Woodpeckers, Jays, Goldfinches, Nuthatches as well as the usual Robins and Blue Tits. Buzzards regularly soar over the cottages and Egrets are regular visitors to Watermouth Castle pond and cove beach.
Watermouth Cove is a beautiful sea inlet, next to our holiday cottages and Watermouth Castle with a dog friendly beach. Watermouth is a rural, seaside idyll within a few minutes drive of beautiful Berrynarbor and the beach resorts of Combe Martin and Ilfracombe with their wide choice of pubs, restaurants and local attractions. For those who wish to bring a pet, most pubs and restaurants are dog friendly.

We are a small cosy dog friendly Bed and Breakfast in the Upper Swansea Valley in South Wales. We are located on the South Western edge of the Brecon Beacon National Park and opposite the Black Mountain range (not to be confused with the Black Mountains on the opposite side of the national park) and Carmarthen Fans. This is home of the popular Llyn Y Fan Fach and Fawr mountain lakes. We are a short drive to the Gower Peninsula and the beaches as well as close to other attractions such as Dan Yr Ogof Caves, Craig Y Nos Country Park and Brecon Town. We also have some lovely mountain walks from our doorstep up the Gwrhyd mountain.
We are situated in a 200 year old cottage with panoramic views of the Black Mountain range from all our rooms. We also have 3 acres of land which is perfect for a relaxing morning stroll with the dog or watching the large amount of nesting birds we have in the area. In the summer months our field has many wild flowers growing and attracts huge amounts of Bees and Butterflies. We are also home to 4 miniature pigs, who love a good stroke and a visit from all our guests.
Dogs are welcome here in all rooms and are treated as special guests. To be honest the dogs rule the house here and humans generally are an added extra. (Please note that all dogs must be fully vaccinated and also be kept on leads when exploring our smallholding if there are sheep located in the neighbouring fields.)
All our accommodation has en-suite shower rooms, TV with Netflix, heating, tea & coffee facilities and a snack box. There is also wifi throughout the property.

We have plenty of on site parking.
We also provide extras such as late arrival meals, packed lunches, hampers and a dog sitting service if you want to go out for a few hours.

Situated in the beautiful Yorkshire Countryside, Rough Top is full of original features and character, making it the perfect environment in which to kick back and enjoy your holiday. Rough Top is aptly named being at 1300′ high on the Yorkshire moors above Hebden Bridge on the Yorkshire/Lancashire border, has stunning views, and is ideal for those wanting to get away from it all. With plenty of walks and cycle routes for all abilities nearby, you and your furry friend will have a wonderful time exploring all that this stunning countryside has to offer. We are within easy walking distance of Bridestone’s Rocks, a popular place for climbers and scramblers. Once you’ve explored the local surroundings, you can return to our cosy cottage and relax in front of a roaring log fire. As dog owners ourselves we understand only too well how important it is that your dog enjoys their stay at Rough Top Cottage. In our welcome pack you will find a treat for your canine companion, and we provide an emergency kit box comprising bowls, leads, towels, throws and poo bags in case you forget anything. We even have a large crate, for crate trained dogs, that you can hire but please ensure you bring your dogs own bedding to make them feel at home. Outside we have a cold water hose, fitted with a shower head, so you can wash off your dog after walkies. The garden is fenced to make it private allowing you and your dog to relax.
